NORTHERN RAILROAD COMPANY TO ERECT AND MAINTAIN A STOCK PEN
WITHIN THH CORPORATE LIMITS OF THIS CITY OF GM- OGETOWN,TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas.
That permission be$ and is hereby given# to the Inter.
national and Great Northern Railroad Company to -erect and
maintain a stock pen of sufficient capacity to hold one car
Of cattle, and no more, on its land in Block 110.30 of said
City, such pen to be situated just North of the passenger
depot of said railroad in said City. Such stock pen shall
be kept in a good sanitary condition and shall not be main-
tained in such a way as to create a nuisance, and stock
shall, not be allowed to remain in same longer than twenty-
four hours at a time; and in the event that such railroad
violates any of the above mentioned provisions then the per-
m ission herein given shall stand revoked and forfeited.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 9th, day of August A.D.1909.
