SANITARY REIGMATION3 AND PRESCRIBING THEIR DUTRIS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas.
That the Commitzee on Health and Sanitary Regulations'
shall consist of the Mayor and two members of the City Council,
such two members or zae City Council to be appoin"ad by the
Mayor at the regular meeting of the City Council in April of
each year and are to hold their places on such committee until
their successors are duly appointed. Said committee shall
act with and assist the City Health Officer in promulgating,
carrying out and enforcing all rules, regulations and ordin-
ances of the city in regard to the health and sanitation of
the City, and shall advise the City council in regard to such
matters, and shall do and perform such other duties and things
as may be required of them by the ordinances ofthe city.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 19th, day of AprilA.D.1909.
