FOR THE YEAR 1907:
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texass
Seo. I,' GMMMAL FUND. That to meet the current expenses
of the City of Georgetown, Texas, and to carry on the City Gov-
ernment of said City for the year 1907, there is here now levied
and shall be collected an annual ad valorem tax of 25 cents on
the #I00.00 assessed valuation of all real and personal estate
and property in the City of Georgetown, Texas, for the year I907,

not exempt from taxation by the constitution and laws of the
State of Texas.
Seo• 2• STREET FUND• That to grade, work and improve
the streets of the City of Georgetown, Texas, for the year I9079
there is here now levied and shall be collected an annual ad va-
lorem tax of 12 cents on the $I00.00 assessed valuation of all
real and personal estate and property in the City of Georgetown,
Texas, for the year I907, not exempt from taxation by the consti-
tution and laws of the State of Texas.
Seo• 3. PUBLIC SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS (SECOND SERIES).That
to pay the interest and create a sinking fund to meet the $39000.-
00 in bonds of this City as evidenced by 3 $Ig00.00 unpaid bonds,
issued for the purpose of constructing an addition to the public
free school building of this City as shown by an ordinance of
this City passed and approved the Ilth day of February, 18959 and

recorded in the old ordinance book of said City on pages 165,
166 and IV, and as provided in said ordinanoe, there is here
now levied and shall be collected for the year of 1907, an an-
nual ad valorem tax of I8 cents on the #100 assessed valuation
for the year of 29079 of all real and personal property and estate
in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by the
constitution and laws of the State of Texas, and said fund shall
be used for no other purpose than that herein specified.
Sec. 4. SPRCIAL SCHOOL- That for the support and mainte-
nano* of the Public Free Schools to the City of Georgetown, Texas,
for the year of,I907, and as determined according to law by an
election heretofore held In this City for said purpose, there is
here and now levied and shall be collected for the year of I907,
an annual ad valorem tax of 25 oents,on the JI00 assessed valua-
tion for the year of 1907, of all real and personal estate and ky.
property in the City of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxa-
tion by the constitution and laws of the State of Texas, and said
special fund as herein set aside shall be used for no other pur-
pose than as herein specified.
Seo. 5. NO POLL TAX LRVIED. IIo poll tax shall be levied
for the year of 1907 by this City.
