URINATE, OR DEPOSIT EXCREMENT ON ANY SIDEWALK IN THIS CITY
AND FIXING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
BE IT ORDAIM by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas.
That it shall be unlawful for any person to spit,
urinate, blow the nose or deposit excrement upon any sidewalk
in the city of Georgetown, Texas, and any person violating
any ofthe provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any
sum not exceeding One Hundred Dollars,
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 12th, day of November 1906.
