BEEN NOTIFIED BY THE CITY SCAVENGER TO DO SO AND FIXING
PBNALT IES.
BE IT ORDAINED -by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas.
The owner or the person in charge or control of any
privy, vault or sink in this city who shall fail to have such
privy, vault or sink properly cleansed within Forty-eight
Hours after having notified by the City Scavenger as provided
by ordinance to cleanse the same, shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum
not less than One nor more than Twenty-five Dollars, and
each and every day that such privy, vault or sink shall
remain in uncleansed after such Forty-eight hours shall con-
stitute a distinct and separate offense.
