PROVIDING PENALTIES.
BB IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas that :
Any person within the limits of this City who shall
wilfully or mischievously throw or place, or cause to be thrown
or placed, upon any horse or upon any other domesticated animal
any carbon bisulphide or other like substances shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in
any sum not exceeding Fifty Dollars.
