HACK DRIVERS AND DELIVERY MEN AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF SUCH REGULATIONS. BE IT OR'DAIINED by the City Council of the City of George- town : It shall be unlawful for any person or persons in any rail• way passenger depot, or upon the grounds or platforms thereof designed or used for the accommodation of passengers in the City of Georgetown , or upon the cars at or about any such depots# to solid or cry out for passengers or baggage or patronage for any hotel, boarding house or restraurant, or the proprietors thereof, or for any person whatever, or for the carriage of persons or baggage in any wagon, hac, omnibus, or other vehicle, provided always that it shall not be unlawful for any person to so solicit on such grounds or platform if he stays within six feet of his Wagon, hack, omnibus or other vehicle, and any person violating this ordinance shall be fined in any sura not legis than Five Dollars, nor more than Twenty-five Dollars, ubliTh ordinan shall go into effect immediately upon its pon accorc Ing to law.
