BH IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Georgetownp

That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons in
this city to write, paint, poet, paste or in any manner place or
eause to'be placed any writing, printing, painting, pictures,
lithographs, or advertising of any description whatsoever upon
any wall, fence, barn, house, stone, or anything else not his
own# or not under his direct eontrolp without first having ob-
tained the consent of the ,person or persons in charge or in con-
trol of the same.
A violation of this ordinance shall be punished
of not less than $5.009 and not more than #25.00, and
every day such writingp picturesp step step shall be
to remain upon such wall, fencep barnp stop shall bep
stitute a separate ofi'eneeg punishable as such under
and provisions of this ordinance.
