Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas: That to meet the current expenses of the city of Georgetown, Texas, and to carry on the City Government of said city for the year 1905, there is here now levied and shall be collected an an- nual ad valorem tax of twenty-five cents on tree X100 assessed val- uation of all real and personal estate and property in the city of Georgetown, Texan, for the year 1905, not exer4jt from taxation by the Constitution and laws of the State of Texas. STREET FUND. That to grade, work and improve the s -streets of the city of Georgetown, Texas, for the year 19050 there is here now levied and shall be collected an annual ad valorem tax of twelve cents on the 1100 assessed valuation of all real and personal estate and property in the city of Georgetown, Texas, for the year 1905, not exempt from taxation by the laws and constitution of the State of Texts. SCHOOL BONDS,1st.SHRIBS. That to pay the interest and create a sinking fund on the AlF,000 in bonds, as evidenced by the 15 $1000 unpaid bonds issued for the purpose of purchasing a building site and for the construct- ion of the public free school buildings in the city of Georgetown, Texan, as shown by an ordinance pao6ed and approved the 13th day of July, 1894, and of record on pages 153, 154 and 155 of the old ordinance recor1 of the city of Georgetown,- and ars provided in said ordinance, there is here now levied and shall be collected for the year 1905, an annual ad valorem tax of nine cents on the ass3es3s- ed $100 valuation for the year 1905, of all real and personal iest&te and property in the city of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt frous t&x ation by the constitution and laws of the State of Texas. WATER FORKS BONDS. That to pay the interest and create a sinking fund on the $2000 in bonds, as evidenced by this City's 4 $500 unpaid bonds, as shonrn by an ordinance of the city of Georgetown, Texas, pas:ied and approved January Ppnd, 1894, and recorded in the minutes of said city's council, and as provided in said ordinance, there is here now levied and shall be collected an annual ad valorem tax of two cents on the $100 assessed valuation for the year 1905, of all real ani personal estate and property in the city of Georgetown, Texan, not exempt from taxation by the constitution and laws of the state of Texae, and said fund as herein set asaide, shall be used for no other purpose than as herein specified. SP12IAL SCHOOL. That for the support and maintenance of the Public Free Schools in the city of Georgetown, Texae, fox the year 1905, and as deter•rf�- ined according to law by an election heretofore held in said city, for said pux1jose, there is here now levied and shall be collected for the year 1905, an annual advalorem tax of 25 cents on the $100 assessed valuation for 1905, of all real and personal estate and property in the city of Georgetown, Texas, not exempt from taxation by the constitution and laws of the State of Texas, and said special fund as herein set aside, shall be used for no other puip ose than as herein specified. i►] There shall be levied no poll tax for the year 1905, by this r1ty, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
