BE IT ORDA rT,';,D by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Heats
Section 1. The right, privilege and franchise is hereby
granted the Missouri Kansas & Texas Railway Company, of Texas,
its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain and operate
a transfer track, connecting its line of railway with that
of the International & Great Northern Railroad Company, through
the City of Georgetown, and to arose and intersect Church Street
15 feet, more or less, Northward from the South corporation
line of said city, and cross and intersect Brushy Street 25 feet,
more or less, North of the South curporation line of said city;
also to cross and intersect alley between Out Lot 6, and 120
feet Hast of the Bast line of s�,reet lying between Out Lot bio
12, and Out Lot No. 26; also to cross and intersect Mill Street,
immediately Southwest of the Southwest corner of Out Lot No.26.
(The location of the said transfer or connecting tract is sub-
stantially shown in red, and its points of inersection with
Church Street, Brushy Street, alley North of Out Lot N0:69
and Mill Street is substantially shown in yellow on blue -print
map, which is hereto attached# and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the said ThelMissouri,N.ansas & Texas
Railway Company of Texas, put in its crossings to conform
to the width of, and to grade same on a level with the rest
of the streets of said City, and to keep same in as good con-
dition and repairs as the rest of the streets of said city;
and to place and keep in repairs all necessary drains, boxes
tiles, etc.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in force and
take effect from and after its passage.
