ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF TRE SIDE WALK ORDINANCE PASSED
AND APPROVI0 ON DECEMRFIR lltk, 1905.
Be it ordained by tke City Council of tke City of 6eorge-
toww, Texas:--
Tkat It is hereby ordered by the City Council of tke City
of Georgetown, Texas, acting under tke provisions of an ordi-
*onc3e providing for tke construction, ate.9 of sidewalks in said
City, passed and approved on tke lltk day of Deeomber, A .D.119o5,
tkat sidewalks be constructed on betk sides of University Avenue
from Maim to Hart Street, eaad on tke East side of College Street
from University Avenue to Oak Stseest, and on tke South side of
Oak street from Ckuroh street to College street, and on tie
North side ofOak street from Myrtle street to Ask street, and on
tke West side of Ask stroatfrom University Avenue to Oak street,
and East site of B rusky street to 13tk street, and on tke Nortk
side of San Gabriel street: from Ckureh street to tke M. K. & T.

That all of said sidewalks `shall be constructed so as to x
conform to the grade established by tke, Street Commissioner and
shall be of class one (1) as provided In said erdinanee, to -wit:
To be cement sidewalks. To be filled within five inekes of osj
tablisked grade and tken to be well rammed and packed, and tken
use sand, gravel and Portland cement in tke following proportion:_
Opart cement; three parts clean, skarp gritted sand, and four ,
parts clean gravel; sand and cement to be mixed In dry state,
tken gravel added witk sufficient water to admit of being tkor-
oughly worked up togetkor and well rammed, tke ramming to take
place before the cement begins to set and not too muck water to

curb to drain all water off tke sidewalk, and all drains from
tke premises skall be tkrougk sewer pipes laid under tke surface
of tke sidewalks.
