BH IT ORDAnTb by the City Council of Georgetown#Texas that$
Section 1. Any boy under the age ofyears who shall be
found upon any of the strestis or alleys of�8 a City of Georgetown$,
Texas or in any public places or in any stores or any place of bus-
iness, or who shall loafs loiters and idle in any public place after
the ringing of the Curfew Bells as hereinafter provided# shall be
guilty of a misdemeanots and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
In any sum not more than Twenty-five dollars*
Section 2. Be it further ordained that the foregoing sec-
tion shall not apply to any boy under the age of IS years who at
the time so found upon any streets or alleys in the City of George -
towns or in any public places or any stores or other place of busi-
ness# is aoeompained by his parents, or parents or guardians or is
going to or returning from church# or going to or returning from
his place of business, or going to or returning from any public
place of amusement to which people generally gathers or going to
or returning from any social gatherings or actually engaged in or
sent upon any lawful errands at the time actually executing such
errands or with the written consent of his parents parents# or
guardian,
Section 3. Be it further ordained that at 9L0�0 o'clock
P.Y. it shall be the duty of the City Marshall of $fie City of
Georgetown# to rings or cause to be rung the fire bells one times
which shall be known as the IN Curfew Bell I and any boy found
sway from his homes or residences or place of business within the
City of Georgetown, in violation of this ordinance# shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanors and upon conviction punished as herein-
before provided.
Section 4. Be it further ordained that this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its publications acoor-
ding to law.
