LIMITS OF GBORGBTOWN, TEXAS.
BB IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Georgetown$Texas
that s
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, except
regular firemen in the discharge of their duty as such firemen
or persons under their direction, or officers of the city
government, or persons having obtained the permission of, or
under the direction of some person in charge of such public
building, school house, or other building# to go upons climb
upon, or be# or remain upon, the fire escapes, awnings window
casings, or sills, to any public building, school house# or
buildings of any character within the City limits of Georgetown,
Texas.
Section 2. That any person violating this ordinance, shall
be deemed guilty of misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be
fined in any sum not exceeding twenty-five ($25.00) dollars.
