THE SALE OF LOTS IN THF CITY CEMETARY,
1980 ADDIT;ON, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown has platted the City Cemetary, 1980
Addition; and
WHEREAS, the lots in the City Cemetary, 1980 Addition, are needed
immediately;
Now, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas:
Section 1. All lots in the City Cemetary, 1980 Addition shall be
sold for $ 4 ,2 Ud per lot.
00 Section 2. For the preservation of order and general welfare, an
co emergency is hereby declared and this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
