A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE
CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the United States of America proposes to purchase
water from the City of Georgetown, Texas to service the Cedar
Breaks Park at North Fork Lake, Georgetown, Texas; and
WHEREAS, a contract for supplying such service has been
prepared which is mutually acceptable to both parties; Now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown.
Texas that the Mayor of the City of Georgetown is aythorized to
execute a contract between the United States of America and the
City of Georgetown for installing necessary equipment and furnishing
potable water service to Cedar Breaks Park, North Fork Lake,
