WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an improvement
program is urgently needed to construct and improve :.he City'l
park, to -wit: construct and improve shelters and picnic areas
at San Gabriel Park; and
WHEREAS, the City deems it advisable to give notice of
intention to issue certificates of obligation in the amount.
of $100,000 for the purpose of paying all or a portion of
the City's contractual obligations to construct and improve the
City's park, to -wit: construct and improve shelters and picnic
areas at San Gabriel Park, and to pay legal, engineering and
fiscal fees in connection with this project; and
WHEREAS, it is hereby officially found and de-,erinined
that a case of emergency or urgent public necessity
exists
which requires the holding of the meeting at which
this
Ordinance is passed, such emergency or urgent public
