AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION
OF CERTAIN BOUNDARY LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS AND THE ANNEXATION
OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONSISTING OF 6.03
ACRES OF LAND WHICH SAID TERRITORY LIES
ADJACENT TO AND ADJOINS THE PRESENT BOUND-
ARY LIMIT OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council of the City of Georgetown,
Texas, where all persons were provided with an opportunity to be heard on the pro-
posed annexation of that certain-fract of land held at City Hall on the 13th `dale 6f
November, 1980; and of -e-, f G;
WHEREAS, notice of such public hearing was published in a newspaper having
general circulation in the City of Georgetown, Texas, and in the above territory;

Co WHEREAS, the hereinafter described territory lies within the extraterritorial
jurisdiction of the City of Georgetown, Texas;
Q NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
Q of Georgetown, Texas:
The following described land and territory lying adjacent to and adjoining
the City of Georgetown, Texas, is hereby added and annexed to the City of
Georgetown, Texas, and said territory hereinafter described shall hereafter be
included within the boundary limits of the City of Georgetown, and the present
boundary limits of such City at the various points contiguous to the area herein-
after described, are altered and amended so as to include said area within the
corporate limits of the City of Georgetown, Texas, to wit:
Being that certain tract and parcel of land
described on Exhibit A attached hereto and
made a part hereof for all purposes.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of February, 1981, on first
reading and PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of March, 1981 upon
second reading.
