ORDINANCE NO. 81-2
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS BY CHANGING THE ZONING AT 103
NORTH AUSTIN AVENUE, MORE FULLY DES-
CRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" HERETO ATTACHED,
FROM C-1 to C -2A.
WHEREAS, Donald Houston, the owner of the above described property did
apply for a zoning change from C-1 to C -2A on the above described property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown Planning and Zoning Commission did review
said application on October 7, 1980;
Now, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GEORGETOWN, that the zoning on the above described property hsall be changed
from C-1 to C -2A and that the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Georgetown is here-
by amended to that effect.
PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading this 16th day of December, 1980:,1 and
on second reading this 13th day of January, 1981.
