AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING RIGHT OF WAY
AND EASEMENT ON, OVER, ALONG AND UNDER
TEN FOOT WIDE STRIP BEING FIVE FEET ON EACH
SIDE OF LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 11,
WILLIVAMS 1V SUBDIVISION, GEORGETOWN,
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS:
That the Right of Way and Easement 10' in width lying 5' on each side of the dividing
line between Lot 2 and Lot 3, Block 11, Williams IV, a subdivision in Georgetown,
Williamson County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof of record in Vol. C,
Pages 355-356 of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas is hereby Abandoned
and Vacated.
READ, PASSED AND ADOPTED by unanimous vote on the first reading the 13th day
of May, 1980, and passed by unanimous vote on second reading the 8th day of July, 1980.
