AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS BY CHANGING
THE ZONING OF THE PROPERTY OWNED BY CARL
DOERING LOCATED AT 710 WEST UNIVERSITY AVE.
FROM C-1 DISTRICT TOA C -2A DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, Carl Doering is the owner of the property located at 710 West University
Ave. in the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, Carl Doering has presented his petition, duly signed, to the City Planning
and Zoning Commission of the City of Georgetown, requesting a zoning change from a
"C-1 District" to a "C -2A District", which said petition was'duly approved by the
said City Planning and Zoning Commission of the 3rd day of June, 1980, at its regularly
scheduled meeting after due notice of said application Was given according to law, said
zoning change application having been filed with the City Secretary of the City of
00 Georgetown, and due notice of the filing of said petition and hearing on said petition
Co having been given as required by the city zoning ordinances and as required by law,
Iq and hearing on said petition before the City Council of the City of Georgetown having
�j been set for the 10th day of June, 1980, at 7:00 p.m. at the City FbJI of the said City
Q of Georgetown, and the said petition having been duly presented to the City Council
Q at said meeting thereof on the 10th day of June, 1980, at 7:00 p.m., for hearing and
adoption; and
WHEREAS, hearing was held upon the said application before the City Council
of the City of Georgetown at the time and place and date hereinabove set forth,
and no valid objection to said amendment having been presented;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, that the zoning of the property herein described shall be changed
from a "C-1 District" to a "C -2A District", and that the zoning ordinances of the
City of Georgetown shall be amended to that effect.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON 1st reading this 10th day of June, 1980. PASSED
AND APPROVED on second reading this 8th day of July, 1980.
