AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE
WEST SIDE OF AUSTIN AVENUE FROM 11th STREET
TO UNIVERSITY, PROVIDING A PENALTY AND SET-
TING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS:
That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person to park any
vehicle along the west side of Austin Aveneu from 11th Street to
University.
Any person who shall violate this ordinanace shall upon conviction
be subject to a fine of not less than ten ($10.00) nor more than two
hundred dollars ($200.00).
This ordinance shall become effective the date of its final
reading and approval.
Read and passed on the first reading on the 14th day of
February, 1984.
Read and passed on the second and final reading on the 13th day
of March, 1984.
