RESOLUTION REQUESTING TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FOR SURVEY AND PRODUCTION OF
CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND INSPECTIONS OF AUSTIN AVENUE -
16th STREET PROJECT IN THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN';
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS
WHEREAS, a need exist for the City of Georgetown t6i_pass
a Resolution requesting that the Texas Department of Highways and
Public Transportation do a survey and produce construction plans
and do inspections relative to the Austin Avenue -16th Street
project;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown that by the passage of this Resolution said City does
hereby request of the Texas Department of Highways and Public
Transportation that such State agency survey, produce construction
plans and do the inspections relative to the Austin Avenue -16th
Street drainage project and futher that relative to such project
the City of Georgetown shall pay all engineering and construction
costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 1984.
