HomeMy WebLinkAboutAirport Project Participation Agreement TxDOT Contract No. 3XXAV100 - 12.08.2015TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AIRPORT PROJECT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (Federally Assisted Airport Development) TxDOT CSS No.: 1314GRGTN TxDOT Project No.: AP GEORGETOWN 5 TxDOT Contract No.: 3XXAV 100 Commission Approval: May 30, 2013 NPE Funds Applied: FY12 DUNS: 089592372 C.F.D.A.:20.106 Amendment No. 06 to the Agreement Part I - Identification of the Project TO: The City of Georgetown, Texas FROM: The State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation The City of Georgetown, Texas, hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor," and the Texas Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the "State," have entered into an Airport Project Participation Agreement TxDOT CSJ Number 1314GRGTN, executed by the Sponsor on July 10, 2013, and by the State on July 12, 2013, for the development of the Georgetown Municipal Airport, hereinafter referred to as the "Airport". The project is described as engineering/design services to: construct and realign new parallel taxiway A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and holding areas; rehabilitate taxiway E, I, N and S; rehabilitate terminal apron and southeast corporate hangar taxiway; mark Runway 11-29 and 18- 36; install medium intensity taxiway lights and signage on taxiway A, B, C, D, E, F, G, I and S; replace medium intensity runway lights and signage Runway 11-29 and Runway 18-36; install precision approach path indicators -2 Runway 11-29; relocate fuel farm; modify apron tie -down layout and taxi lane marking; install property line fencing on Runway 29 and pavement demo and sod at the Georgetown Municipal Airport. It is in the mutual interest of the Sponsor and the State to increase the grant by $77,050 for additional design costs and revision of Airport Layout Plan for tying the aligned taxiway and environmental costs. Part II - Offer of Financial Assistance, as changed by Amendment No. 05 estimates total project costs to be $622,540 and financial assistance is currently limited to $560,286 in federal funds and $62,254 in local sponsor funds. Page 1 of 3 The following amendment to the Airport Project Participation Agreement shall become effective upon execution of this Amendment by the Sponsor and the State. The Airport Project Participation Agreement is amended as follows: 1. On Part II, Item No. 2 of the Agreement, change Amount A, estimated total design costs, and any further references in the Agreement to Amount A, to $699,590. 2. On Part II, Item No. 2 of the Agreement, change Amount B, estimated design costs eligible for federal financial assistance, and any further references in the Agreement to Amount B, to $699,590. 3. On Part II, Item 3 of the Agreement, change Amount D, the maximum obligation of the United States payable under this offer, and any further references in the Agreement to Amount D, to $629,631. 4. On Part II, Item 4 of the Agreement, change Amount E, Sponsor's share of the estimated design costs, and any further references in the Agreement to Amount E, to $69,959. All other terms and conditions of the agreement are unchanged and remain in full force and effect. This Amendment to the Airport Project Participation Agreement between the City of Georgetown, Texas, and the Texas Department of Transportation is mutually agreed to and accepted.
