Animal Shelter Advisory Board of the
City of Georgetown, Texas
May 12, 2016
The City of Georgetown is committed to compliance with the Americans with

Members present: Kelly Thyssen (Chairperson), Susanne Paclebar, Micki Rundell, Michael
Simpson (Secretary), Mary Treuter, Anna Eby (Council woman)
Members absent: Lyle Warden
Staff present: Jackie Carey
Meeting called to order at 6:04 pm by Kelly Thyssen.
Regular Session
(This Regular Session may, at any time, be recessed to convene an Executive
Session for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government
Code 551.)
1. Citizens comments —none
2. Approval of minutes from the April 2016 advisory board meeting - M Simpson
Motion to approve minutes of April 19 meeting, as amended, made by Micki Rundell,
seconded by Mary Treuter, passed by unanimous vote.
3. Review of shelter statistical report from April 2016 - J Carey
No major fluctuations of intake and adoptions.
4. Discussion about presentation made to City Council at workshop on May 10th -
K Thyssen
All members declared mission of public information successful. Special appreciation for
the video of the Animal shelter.
Motion to adjourn made by Mike, second by Anna, passed by unanimous vote.
