Dear Board Members,
I was able to review the items for the April 27th meeting.Can the following two items be addressed regarding the April
27th agenda.
1.Can the March 30 minutes be edited to include my question regarding Item D,Review of City’s Economic
Uncertainty Fund,p.28.I specifically asked a question and expressed concern over the language “used
funds be restored up to 6%of the reserve as soon as possible.”More specifically,I wasconcerned over the
words “as soon as possible.”
2.In the current April 27 agenda ,Item C,PSOTC Unobligated Funds Project Proposal I would request further
explanation of the $125,000 Artificial Turf cost.I do not object to the project and its overall utility,however I
would want to know if there was an opencompetitive bidding for that specific project or was it sole
sourced.

I wanted to let you know that the agenda for the April 27th GGAF meeting has been posted and you can find it

Two things I wanted to mention…
1.Please remember that we changed our meeting start time to 4:30pm. It’s still scheduled to meet in
the GCAT Conference Rooms.
2.I know Keith and James have mentioned that they will not be in attendance for this meeting. I would
appreciate it if you could each reply to this message and let me know your individual plans as I want to
make sure we’ll have a quorum.
