I_a0'315-L- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE CITYS PRO -RATA PORTION OF THE COST OF OPERATION OF THE WILLIAMSON CENTRAL ...®, DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the City is assessed the pro -rated cost of the operation of the Williamson Central Appraisal District, as provided for and required by State Law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY :#F GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. The facts and recitations contained in the preamble of this resolution are hereby found and declared to be true and correct, and are incorporated by reference herein and expressly made a part hereof, as if copied verbatim. The City Council hereby finds that this resolution complies with the Vision Statement of the City of Georgetown 2030 Comprehensive Plan. SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Georgetown hereby approves payment of the City's pro -rated portion of the cost of operation of the Williamson Central Appraisal b District, as provided for and required by State Law, RESOLVED this 8th day of December, 2015.
