Waste Grants Program and act on behalf of the City of Georgetown in all matters related to the
grant application.
Section 3. That if the project is funded, the City of Georgetown will comply with the
grant requirements of the Capital Area Council of Governments, Texas Commission on
Environmental Quality and the State of Texas.
Section 4. The grant funds and any grant -funded equipment or facilities will be used
only for the purposes for which they are intended under the grant.

Section 5. Activities will comply with and support the adopted regional and local solid
waste management plans adopted for the geographical area in which the activities are performed.
Section 6. To the extent any Resolution previously adopted by the City Counc
is inconsistent with this Resolution, it is hereby superseded. I
Section 7. The meeting at which this Resolution was approved was in all thin
conducted in strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Governmel
Code, Chapter
