That if the project is funded, the City of Georgetown will comply with the grant requirements of the Capital Area Council of Governments, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the State of Texas. Section 4. The grant funds and any grant -funded equipment or facilities will be used only for the purposes for which they are intended under the grant.
