Public Hearing was opened at 4:14PM
Speaker, Terry Putnam, spoke about the budget and his concerns with the pace of growth in the community. He
said the budget has doubled over the past 6 years and he added he is concerned with that rate of increase.
Public Hearing was closed at 4:16PM
Jonrowe asked why Council was not provided with all of the budget requests that were submitted. Morgan said
the information was provided to the Council but it was not highlighted.
