The Georgetown City Council will meet on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the City Council Chambers
located at 101 E. 7"' Street, Georgetown, Texas

- Performance Evaluations of the City Secretary and City Attorney

C Action out of Executive Session
Motion by Jonrowe, second by Brainard to approve the annual performance evaluation of City Secretary Jessica
Brettle with an overall evaluation of Exceeds Expectations and a 2% salary increase effective May 25, 2015.
Approved 6-0 (Gonzalez absent)
Motion by Jonrowe, second by Hammerlun to approve an amended employment agreement with City Attorney
Bridget Chapman as discussed in Executive Session. Approved 6-0 (Gonzalez absent)
Motion by Jonrowe, second by Fought to accept City Attorney Bridget Chapman's request to move to the role of
Assistant City Attorney upon the appointment of a new City Attorney. Approved 6-0 (Gonzalez absent)
Motion by Jonrowe, second by Fought to direct staff to initiate the recruitment process for City Attorney beginning
with selection of a search firm. Approved 6-0 (Gonzalez absent)
