ADVISORY BOARD MEETING
2015-03-19
MINUTES
Members present: Jack Garey, Susanne Paclebar, Michael Simpson, Kelly Thyssen and Lyle
Warden.
Members absent: Andrea Brown and Rachael Jonrowe.
Staff present: Shawn Gunnin
Meeting called to order at 6:10pm by Shawn Gunnin
1. Citizens comments – none.
2. Introduction of all members present
3. Jack Garey volunteered to be Vice Chair; Michael Simpson volunteered to be Secretary
4. After correction noted, approve minutes from January meeting of the Animal shelter
advisory board
Kelly Thyssen made motion.
Lyle Warden seconded.
5. Overview of shelter was given by Shawn Gunnin. A tour of the facility will be conducted
when the meeting is adjourned.
6. Members were directed to review Animal Shelter Advisory Board Bylaws.
7. City Council Attendance Policy for Board members was reviewed.
8. Day and Time of future Board meeting will remain the same; third Thursday at 6:00 pm
unless otherwise agreed by Board members.
9. Presentation of animal services statistical and analytical report for February 2015.
10. Agenda topics of Master plan and grief counseling services postponed to possible future
meetings.
Meeting adjourned 6:50pm.
