CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS CITY COUNCIL FOR THE MONTH OF
DECEMBER, 1988
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas finds
it necessary to make a provision for its regular meeting that occurs in
proximity to a national holiday
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWNt TEXAS that:
The facts recited in the preamble to this Resolution are hereby found
by the City Council to be true and correct and are incorporated by
reference herein and expressly made a part hereof, as if copied
verbatim.
SECTION II.
The second Regular Meeting of the City Council for the month of
December, 1988, scheduled for December 27, 1988, is hereby cancelled.
SECTION III.
This Resolution is in accordance with Resolution No. 870564 passed and
approved by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas on
December 8, 1988.

Notice to the Public regarding the cancellation of such meeting shall
be made as soon as possible.
PASSED AND APPROVED this t3 -6L day of 1988, by a vote of
4 "Ayes" and "Nos" with 4 (number) Councilmembers present
and voting.
