negotiating for certain rights of way along Williams Drive from
West Georgetown Development Company; and
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown desires to acquire this
property under the terms and conditions expressed in the
counter-offer from West Georgetown Development Company, with cer-
tain exceptions as follows in the body of the Resolution,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
That the City Council adopts the foregoing recitals as true
and correct and the same are incorporated herein as if fully set
forth at length.
That the City Council approves of the counter-offer by West
Georgetown Development Company for parcels 58 and 64 under the
terms and conditions in the attached letter subject to the follow-
ing exceptions and agrees to be bound to same:
1) Present airport leasing fees are non -assignable by West
Georgetown Development Company;
2) Receipt of Right of Entry for purposes of right of way con-
struction along Williams Drive;
The City Attorney is directed to prepare the necessary documents
to complete this transaction.
