THE PROVISIONS OF THE INTERLOCAL••► " •
ACT A • LOCAL •CODE.
WHEREAS, Williamson County desires to construct a County
Courts Complex and Jail in the City of Georgetown; and
WHEREAS, the City owns certain property and rights-of-way
that are necessary for the County to acquire to accomplish the
building of the County Courts Complex and Jail; and
WHEREAS, the County has certain property it wishes to
exchange for the City property; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the law, both the County and the
City have had their respective properties appraised to determine
fair market value; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County and City to exchange
these properties.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS
Section I.
That the City Council adopts the findings above as true and
correct.
Section II.
That the City Council approves of the Interlocal
is s hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set,forth
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this Zd\� _day of 101110 1988.
