A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
A.R.E., INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas deems
it necessary and proper and in the best interest of the citizens of
Georgetown, Texas to rehabilitate Runway 18-36 and Taxiways A and C at
the Georgetown Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, the City Council further finds it necessary to enter
into an agreement with A.R.E.I. Inc. for engineering services for the
above described rehabilitation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texas:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Georgetown, Texas is hereby
authorized to execute and the City Secretary to attest to an agreement
with A.R.E., Inc. for engineering services for rehabilitation at
Georgetown Municipal Airport, in substantially the form attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
