TO THE CANCELLATION OF THE MAY 9,2015 GENERAL ELECTION FOR
DISTRICT 1
WHEREAS, The City Council ordered elections for City Council Districts 1 and 5 for
May 9, 2015 per Resolution No. 021015-0, and
WHEREAS, The City has received certification of an unopposed candidate for thiI
District 1 election as denoted in Exhibit
UTUMT10TCOMM
Section Two- The election for District 1 is herein canceled with the Mayor being
authorized to sign the Order of Cancellation in substantially the same form as attached
hereto as Exhibit "B" and the Order shall be posted as required by law.
