THE PROPERTY IN THOUSAND OAKS SECTION TV SOBDIVISION
LOTS 1, 2A. 73.ND 2B, BLOCK A INTHE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS AS RECQRDED IN CABINET G SLIDES 6 & 7 OF TAE

AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH:
BE IT OADAINE6 BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS:
WHEREAS, an app3ication has been made to the City Council
for the purpose of changing the 7oningOrdinance on thefollowing
described real estate:
Thousand .Oaks section IV subdivision Lots 1,
2A and 2B Block A as recorded in cabinet G
Slides 6 & 7 of the plat records of Williamson County,
AND WHER��g�sthe City Council has submitted th e proposed
change in the Zoning Ordinance to the City Planning Commission
for its recommendation and report; and
WHEREAS, the City Council before adopting this amendment
to the Zoning Ordinance,gave notice of such hearing by publishing
same in a weekly newspaper in. theCity of Georgetown, Texas,
which notice o£ such matters as requ fired by law including the
time and:place o£ hearing and which time was not earlier than
fifteen days from the day of such publication; and
WHEREAS, written notice of such matters as required by law
was given to all the owners of theland within 20p .feet of the
above described property as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended the
changing of said Zoning Ordinance on the above described property
from R-5 (residential. s�n�le famrl ) District to
Com- �i;ocT�ercial.} �y--- District which said
meeting was riei a. on tfie9�hdag of January 19 B6.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council o£ the
City of Georgetown, Texas, that the Zoning Ordinance,. and the.
7,oning Map of the City of Georgetown, be amended so. that the
property described above shall beard the same is hereby changed
from RS (res;d�.n ;tel G; rialefamily) District
