THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
CITY OF GEORGETOWN
WHEREAS, on February 10, 2015 the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas (the
called an election in order to submit to the voters of the City a proposition regarding the
issuance of general obligation bonds for roads and streets; and
VAEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable to make a contract with the voters
regarding the issuance of the general obligation bonds if such bonds are approved by the voters-,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. The City hereby approves this resolution to create a contract with the voters

remainder of this Resolution nevertheless shall be valid, and the application of any such invalid
provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid shall not be
affected thereby.
