WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown (the "Depositor') is a local government of the State of
Texas and is hereby empowered to conduct business with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Comerica
Bank N.A, ViewPoint Bank N.A., TexPool Participants Services, TexSTAR,
TexasTERM/TexasDAILY, / Independent Bank;ProsperityBank,RBank Texas,
Southside Bank and BBVA Compass Bank for non -primary bank depository services, and

SECTION FOUR. Specific authorization forms previously approved by Council for ViewPoint Bank
and TexPool are still in effect to meet those banks individual requirements.
SECTION FIVE. This Resolution and its authorization shall continue in full force and effect
until amended or revoked by the Depositor.
SECTION SIX. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign this Resolution and the City Secretary to
