WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the provision of health
ii,revention and health education activities for the citizens of

Georgetovn over fifty (50) years of age is beneficial to the
community as a whole; and
WHEREAS, the Stonehaven Center, Inc. has demonstrated the
ability to provide health prevention and health education
activities for citizens over fifty (50) years of age; and
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown and the Stonehaven Center,
Inc. desire to enter into an agreement for the Stonehaven Center,
Inc. to provide health prevention and health education activities

age fifty (50); NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:

The Council finds that the recitals set forth above are true
and correct.
SECTION II.
That the City Council of the City of Georgetown approves the
agreement between the City of Georgetown and the Stonehaven
Center, Inc. attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully
set forth at length.
SECTION III.
That the Mayor be authorized to execute the Agreement and
the City Secretary to attest thereto.
