WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the provision o
general public transportation services for the citizens of
Georgetown with emphasis on the elderly and handicapped is
beneficial to the community and
WHEREAS, Williamson -Burnet County Opportunities, Inc. (WBCO)
has demonstrated the ability to provide effective general public
transportation; and
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown and WBCO desire to enter into
an agreement for WBCO to provide general public
Georgetownservices for the citizens of
THEREFORE,communities; NOW
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
SECTION I
The Council finds that the recitals set forth above are true
and correct.
That the City Council of of _ _-

SECTION III.
That the Mayor be authorized to execute the Agreement and
the City Secretary to attest thereto.
