WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown, Texas has an aquatics
program which provides a recreational service to its citizens;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that qualified lifeguard
staff and supervisors are essential for the operation of the
City's aquatic program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown and the Y.M.C.A. find it
necessary to amend the agreement between the two parties to allow
payment of total encumbered expenses; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS:

The City Council finds that the recitals set forth above are
true and correct and are incorporated herein.

That the City Council approves the amendment to the personnel
services agreement between the City of Georgetown and the Round
Rock Y.M.C.A. which amendment is attached hereto and incorporated
herein, as if fully set forth at length.
SECTION III.
That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the amended
agreement and the City Secretary to attest.
