WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown will receive from Tessco the
fair market value of this interest which the City Council finds to

for bid for this interest, as allowed by law;
WHEREAS, the City finds that this conveyance will not alter
oir detriment the present or • : . •ly foreseeable future use of
this roadway and, further, it is in the public interest to make
this conveyance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GEORGETOWN, THAT:
SECTION I.
The City Council of the City of Georgetown finds that the recitals
set forth above are true and correct and are adopted herein
verbatim as if fully set forth at length.
SECTION
That the City Council approves the conveyance of property
tescribed in the attached Quit Claim Deed to Tessco for the
considerations therein expressed and authorizes the Mayor
execute the document and the City Secretary to attest.
SECTION III.
This resolution shall be effective immediately upon passage.
