A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN,
TEXAS AND WEST GEORGETOWN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
ORIGINALLY ENTERED INTO DECEMBER 9, 1988, TO
PROVIDE FOR WEST GEORGETOWN DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY'S PARTICIPATION IN THE COST OF A JET
FUEL TANK AND FUEL DISPENSING SYSTEM AT THE
GEORGETOWN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown, Texas, hereinafter referret
to as CITY, and West Georgetown Development Company, hereinafter
referred to as COMPANY, agree to amend an executed agreement
entered into December 9, 1988; and
WHEREAS, COMPANY desires to participate with the CITY in the
cost of this installation by transferring $10,000.00 in
development fee credits it received from the CITY to the Airport
Fund, subject to the execution of this Lease Amendment and subject
to Council aooroval of the transfer of the development fee
credits; and
WHEREAS, the parties agree that the Amendment to the
Agreement is mutually beneficial to each; and
WHEREAS, the Council has found this action implements
Facilities and Services Policy I, Goal Et Short Range objective 2,
and Long Range Objective I of the Century Plan -Policy Plan
Element, and is not found to be in conflict with any other Century
Plan Policy, as required by Section 2403 of the Administrative
Chapter of the Policy Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS:
