WHEREAS, the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) provides a Good Cents
Program to its wholesale customers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas desires to
institute a Good Cents Program for its retail customers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS;

All facts recited in the preamble to this resolution are hereby found by
the Council to be true and correct and are incorporated by reference herein
and expressly made a part hereof, as if copied herein verbatim.
SECTION II.
That the Council hereby approves the Good Cents Contract with Wholesale
Customer with LCRA.
That the Council authorizes the Mayor to execute the Agreement and the City
Secretary to attest thereto.
