APPROVINGA RESOLUTION 0WER COLORADO RIVER
ATTORNEYAUTHORITY (LCRA�,FOR INSTITUTION OF A LOAD MANAGEMENT PROGRAM,; AND
AUTHORIZINGiii� MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE SAME., THE CITY SECRETARY TO
ATTEST AND THE CITY Or AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Lower Colorado River Authority (LORA) provides load
management assistance to its wholesale customers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas desires
to institute a load management program for its customers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS;
SECTION I.
recitedAll facts in the preamble to this resolution are hereby
found by the Councilto be true and correct and are incorporated
verbatim.by reference herein and expressly made a part hereof, as if copi
herein
That the Council hereby approves the Air Conditioning and Water
Heater Cycling Agreement -i
That the Council authorizes the Mayor to execute the Agreement,
the City Secretary to attest thereto.
