HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 890006RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown (CITY) is acquiring necessary e • for a widening and improvements along R4M4 2338 and Booty's Road, which locations ate within the City of Georgetown, Texas, e N.C.N.B. of - : property within the area where the right-of-way and improvements proposed; e WHEREAS, the CITY desires to acquire this property on behalf of the State of Texas as a right-of-way easement and N.C.N.B. is agreeable to conveying the same for its appraised value; and WHEREAS, the parties agree that the appraised value is $138,352.00; NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, THAT: • - Council adopts the above findings are true and correct _ • are attached,adopted herein verbatim as if fully set forth at length. The CITY approves purchasing an acceptable right-of-way easement from parcels known as 61, 62, and 63 as described in Exhibit "A", which is of -xas in the amount of $138,352.00. The City Attorney is directed to draft the appropriate documents to accomplish this transaction, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same and the City Secretary to attest.
