WHEREAS, the Fl iy of Georgetown, Texas has received a
Texas Capital Fund grant for extension of utility lines aloud the
southern. portion of IH -31; and
(vHERBAS, this project requires the acquisition of certain
real Property; and

))reparation of appraisal reports prepared in accordance urth State
eminent domain laIq and the Uniform Relotation essistance and Real.
Property AcquiIdtirn P01rc'ies Act of i970 (84 Stat, 1861 Publio
Lacy 91-545); and
WHEREAS, ferramark Real Estate Consultants and Koltel
Appraisal Associates, through prstrtus Pontract agreement, have
prepared do appraisal report of estimated appraised value for
easpmsnt acquisition related to ills South 1]1-3r Ct lity Extension
project; and
RHEREB approval of this appraisal report is mssential
to the developmenr and LLmplementation a1 such easement
acquisitions,
MEREAS, The Cit, Council has found that this action

Plan Element, and is not found to be inconsistent, or in Conflict
with any other "Century Plan Policies, as required bti Section 2,03
of the Administrative Chapter of the Policy Plan,
NOR', THEREFORE; BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE l IT'i OF
GEORGETOWN TEXAS, THAT:

that the City Council finds the recitals

appraisal report for easement acquisition for Parcels located and
related to the proposed South IH -33 Utility Extension protect, and
all baettatr Information attached hereto and incorporated herein as
