A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CITY REPRESENTATIVE TO THE
ASSOCIATION OF WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS;
WHEREAS, the Cdy of Geo gelown, Texas is amombetof the Association of Wholesale
Cuslomm l'AWC`�and
WHEREAS, according to Section 1.02 of the'AWC' bylaws, each memdef is enIileJ to appoint
one repisantaliveand one alienate fepresentatiue,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS, that:
SECTION I.
The CVy Council finds the recitals sat forth adv@ to be true and correct and areincorporaled
herein.
SECTION Il
The Cl Council harebyappoints Bob Han, City Managaras therepresenialive and Glenn
Reynolds, Diector of Finance and Adm"mislladon, as the alfemate epreseotaive, and, futher, that this
represenlafive shall represent the best interests of the Cdy of Georgetown in the process of mail
andoopductiag all business of the Association and to cast Itsmemlership vote on all issues, including
but not limited to such mantis as assassments, the hiring of consultants, voting onresolulionswhich
epesenl the Associa ion's stand on issues, and one[ felaled matters of impohance to IN Association,
