A RESOLUTION SELECTING A REVIEW APPRAISER FOR THE TEXAS
CAPITAL FUND PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN
AGREEMENT FOR REVIEW APPRAISAL SERVICES
0REAS, the City of Georgetown has received a Texas Capital
Fund grant for extension of utility lines along the southern
portion of I-35; and
WHEREAS, this project requires the acquisition of certain real
property; and
0REAS, the Texas Capital Fund project rules require the
preparation of appraisal reports prepared in accordance with Texas
eminent domain law and the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real
Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1910 f84 Stat, 1894; Public
Law 91.646); and
WHEREAS, the City. of Georgetown has solicited proposals For
said appraisal work to be done;
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS; that:
SECTION I, The City Council finds the recital set forth above are
true and correct and are incorporatedherein.
SECTION II, The City "Council approves an agreement for review
appraisal services to be performed byRokel Appraisal Associates.
SECTION III, The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
contract documents and the City Secretary to attest.
RESOLVED, PASSED AND APPROVED "this 12th day of June, 1990.
