A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS AND THE
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL; FUND COUNCIL CONTINGENCY
FUND TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE EXCESS OF THE COSTS TO REPAIR THE
ROOF OF THE POLICE FACILITYAT.809.MARTIN LUTHER RING STREET.
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown, Texas deems it necessary
and proper to repair the roof of the Polite Facility, and
WHEREAS, the costs of the repair to the Police Facility
exceed the Division of Police Services Building Maintenance
budget.
NMI THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GEORGETOWN, TEXAS that:
SECTION I,
The City Council hereby finds and determines that the recitals
set forth above are true and correct, and are incorporated herein
verbatim, as if fully set forth at length,
SECTION II,
The maximum sum of $6,000.00 is hereby authorized to be expended

rom General Fund Council Contingency Account No. 01.02-5062 'Or
the excess costs of repair to the Police Facility,
SECTION III,
This resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage,
PASSED AND APPROVED this day of , „r 1990, by a
vote of "Ayes" and 1 "Nos" with - members of Council
present and voting.
